Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment: * A 50% deposit ($2,500) is required to confirm your LeadWell Strategy Session with an Educational Services Specialist. * The deposit is nonrefundable and secures your place in our calendar. * Full payment for the LeadWell course will be due separately, after your session and once final program details (such as headcount and logistics) are confirmed. Cancellation & No-Show Policy: * You may cancel or reschedule your Strategy Session at least 24 hours before your scheduled time without incurring an additional fee. * If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled meeting or fail to attend your session (no-show), a $500 Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee will apply. * Please note that the original deposit remains nonrefundable regardless of cancellation timing. Rescheduling: * Clients are encouraged to reschedule rather than cancel if possible. * Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur any additional fees. Group Size and Pricing Details: * The LeadWell course is priced at a flat rate of $5,000 for up to 16 participants. * Additional participants (up to a maximum of 24) may be added at a rate of $500 per person. * Final participant counts and associated fees will be discussed during your Strategy Session. Important Notes: * Space is limited. Our Specialists book quickly, and sessions are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis once the deposit is received. * LeadWell courses are highly customized to your team’s needs; therefore, the deposit secures time and planning resources specifically dedicated to your organization. By booking a LeadWell Strategy Session, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms.
